Major accomplishments in the IoT was that it created mobile network base smart meters market in Japan by alone, thereafter through formed consortium, mobile smart meter succeeded engagement for a total of 10 million units of the market engaged in multiple power companies.

It was Business start up and Sales and marketing role for first exclusive Customer Contact Management System for Japan market. Developed the business strategy for product localization, distributor acquiring, marketing of products, as well as acquiring end customer in direct touch.
 
It accomplished Japan's first large-scale call center dedicated system in one year, concurrently acquired a distributor as well as success in engaged for a large call center of a major credit company.

September 1993 – June 1998
Responsible for sales, marketing and business development roles of call center system through a field engineering. Switched the strategy from Japan multi-national companies to the call center as the target market.
 
As major accomplishments, after successfully acquired a major telephone mail order company, it shifted the Japan of high-end call center market from Nortel to AT&T by engaging with major SI companies. As result, it extended 30 billion Yen call center sales from nearly zero in 4.5 years.
 
At later works on product marketing roles, directly working with AT&T Bell Labs, promoted commercialization of the latest technologies, it formed the personal basis of the technical background by absorbing wider knowledge of technologies.
